Forms Management
Peopleclick Onboarding Forms Management facilitates the completion of required new hire paperwork well before your new employee arrives for their first day. Internal teams will use the Employee Onboarding Portal to assign and manage forms and new hires will access the New Hire Onboarding Portal via the internet to complete forms and other tasks.

Task Management
Through Peopleclick Onboarding Task Management, the logistics of an employee's first-day experience are managed smoothly and efficiently for both the employee and internal teams such as HR, IT and Facilities. Using the Employee Onboarding Portal, these team members will be assigned tasks to complete prior to the new hire's arrival. In addition, they can assign tasks to the new hire (e.g. read company handbook, complete benefit form) that the new hire will complete using the New Hire Onboarding Portal.
- Internal teams will assign and fulfill tasks online through the Employee Portal
- Tasks can be assigned automatically based on job type, position, location, etc.
- Use tasks from the task library of reusable common tasks or create your own
- Assign tasks to hiring managers to encourage them to follow up with new employees at scheduled intervals after the offer letter is signed to ensure the new hire feels comfortable about their decision
- Schedule onboarding tasks well in advance of the new hire's arrival, giving teams an opportunity to work tasks into their daily schedule
- Send detailed email alerts when tasks are scheduled, or in an email digest, to ensure each team member has all the information they need to successfully complete their tasks
- Distribute automated reminders as the new hire's start date gets closer
Socialization
Although the logistics of onboarding are more efficient with Forms and Task Management, the most challenging part of the new-hire experience is socialization into your culture. The socialization features of Peopleclick Onboarding allow you to begin developing a relationship with new hires right after they accept your offer. New hires will use the New Hire Onboarding Portal to begin learning about your culture and getting familiar with your company logistics.
- Configure the New Hire Portal to be consistent with your corporate brand and messaging
- Include content on the New Hire Portal that is required for successfully onboarding your employees
- Eliminate the quiet period, the time after offer acceptance before the start date, by frequently reaching out to new hires on a scheduled basis
- Provide company information, benefits documentation, video clips, mentor program registration and campus maps to help your new hires feel comfortable about their decision to join your company
- Use the New Hire Portal to conduct surveys with new employees well after their start date, gathering feedback for continuous process improvement
Administration
Onboarding Administrators use the Onboarding System Administration Portal to configure the Employee and New Hire Portals and other self-serviceable components of Peopleclick Onboarding. In addition to the configuration of look and feel, the administrators can perform the following:
- Create tasks
- Create task lists
- Associate tasks and task lists to job types
- Create email templates
- Manage Onboarding users
- Create and display customer-defined fields
